These three distinctive buildings, one of which takes the form of a semi-detached structure, reimagine the traditional Durmitor house with a distinct emphasis on its silhouette. Within the broader cityscape and the natural surroundings, these structures harmonize seamlessly, avoiding imposition on the existing environment with extraneous forms. The contemporary flair is achieved through meticulous treatment of form and facade openings. |

The innovative concept involves a vertical incision through the traditional house, creating a facade plane with openings oriented towards Durmitor. This approach ensures that all apertures are sheltered, transforming the buildings into protective "shells" shielding their interiors from the local inclement weather. The strategic positioning and roof design of these buildings echo the majestic peaks of Durmitor.Special emphasis has been given to the landscaping of the common area, connecting the buildings into a unified functional whole with shared amenities: a terrace, a pool, and spaces for rest and relaxation. |
